V.I.P Membership Application and membership

Application for a SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club Membership is free. A SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club Card is free.
Both individuals and businesses may apply to become V.I.P Members. Any individual/Business who becomes a V.I.P Card holder agrees to be bound by these Card terms and conditions, as varied from time to time.


Membership Criteria

If you do not wish to receive information about our products and services, you should not apply for this Card.
As apart of our SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club Criteria. You must provide an active email address for receiving promotional content and a form contact.
Your email must be active, any membership applications received with an inactive email address will be revoked and removed from our V.I.P Club.
If your email address changes please email marketing@savebarn.co.nz and we will update your details.


Your V.I.P Card and its use

We reserves the right to refuse any application for a V.I.P Membership without giving any reason. The Card can only be used by you and no other person(s) will be permitted to use your Card.
By using your card you have affirmed your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as varied from time to time.

In the event you have forgotten your V.I.P Card at any time of purchase. You are able to state your membership number and mobile number to verify you are a member, in order to receive the V.I.P Benefits
Failure to produce the Card or your card details or contact phone number may result in you not receiving the Card benefits. If you misplace or lose your card and wish to receive a replacement card you should notify us immediately.
Your Card is not transferable and remains the property of SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY. It may not be copied or reproduced.


Rewards

A Card holder may present his or her Card at our store(s) to receive rewards such as discounts on goods.
Rewards may only be obtained in person at our store by producing your Card or the alternative Card number and contact number.
We make no representations or guarantees in relation to discounts, if any, available at our store.


Cancellation

We may terminate a membership of the Card programme, without notice and for any reason, including if the Card holder:
  • fails to comply with these V.I.P Club terms and conditions
  • copies or reproduces a V.I.P Card
  • is deceased

A Card holder may at any time terminate his or her membership by contacting marketing@savebarn.co.nz  to fill out a membership cancellation form.
In addition, we may at any time suspend or terminate the SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club without prior notice. We may provide notice of any cancellation of the SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club on our website.

We are not liable for:
  • any delay in replacing a Card or for any unauthorised use of a Card
  • any reward not being available for any reason
  • the suspension or termination of the Card programme.



Personal Information

Under the Privacy Act 1993 we advise that:
The application process for V.I.P Membership, both on-line and in-store, collects personal information about you including your name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and any other information
collected in relation to your use of our products and services ("Information"). Information will be collected by us and held at our offices.

Your Information may be held and used by us for a number of purposes connected with our business operations and functions including:
  • processing your application
  • helping us to provide you with our products and services
  • improving our service
  • carrying out market and product analysis and marketing our products generally
  • contacting you (including by post, email, text messages or telephone) about our products and services which we think may be of interest to you.
  • contacting you for invitations to exclusive V.I.P Member only events and competitions

As a V.I.P Member, you must consent to the collection and use of their personal and other information in the manner set out above and the disclosure of such information to our store(s) and selected service providers
for the purposes of operating the SAVE BARN HOSPITALITY V.I.P Club and to provide information about our products and services. Information about V.I.P Club Members will not be provided by us to any person or third party.
You have the right to update your details at any time. If you wish to update your details you may do so by emailing marketing@savebarn.co.nz



General

We may change, add to, delete or replace these terms and conditions from time to time. The current terms and conditions are set out on our website.
